Wollman) I am trying to get X running with a Diamond Stealth VRAM video board. Everything else in Linux works like a charm (Cheers to Linus and everyone else!) Clock.exe says I have 25.2 27.1 30.9 and 31.1 for clocks. Whatever I do in Xconfig, I seem to get multiple copies of individual screen items (ie. 5 cursors, all staggered down the screen - sounds like a sync problem. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Dan

Sorry, but a Diamond Stealth will not work with the X386 you can get on Linox. It does only support reasonable fast SVGAs. The Stealth is a S3 86C911 based accelerated VGA, and hence not supported. Note that commecrial versions of X386 do support this chipset. - Thomas -- ============================================================================== Das Reh springt hoch, e-mail: roell@sgcs.com das Reg sprint weit, #include </dev/pizza> was solles tun, es hat ja Zeit ...
