Enlightenment DR-0.7 is now OUT! What is Enlightenment? It is a Windowmanager for X. One of the few that were written from scratch without being based on another windowmanager (nearly every windowmanager is based on twm, and some on 9wm, including Afterstep, Fvwm, Fvwm-95 etc.) The Aims of Enlightenment are to be the best looking windowmanager ever written, with the highest degree of configurability. It is cutrrently in Development Release 7 stage, and is beginnig to get quite usable.
